BIRTHDAY PARTY CONTRACT
Thank you for booking your child's party AT Flip-Flop Gymnastics.

Please look over this agreement outlining the details of your party. Confirm by signing below and returning to FFG by mail or via fax # above.

* All parties are $350 for 1-1/2 hrs, you may add an extra ½ hr for $75
* Party base prices include 15 children, $12 each additional child
* Parties include one hour in the gym and ½ hr in the party area
* Flip-Flop Gymnastics supplies the balloons, paper goods, invitations, and a t-shirt for the birthday child
* Parent only supplies whatever food and beverages you are serving.

Please sign and return this agreement with your non-refundable deposit of $100. Balance is due in cash on the day of the party. Please feel free to call with any questions! Thank you for booking your party with us. You are responsible to pay for the number of children that you stated in the final count, as we staff and purchase supplies based on this amount. Please only show up no more than 10 minutes prior to party, the staff is setting up and you need not do a thing!
If you would like a specific theme, the cost will be $25 extra.
